The contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize ARV is set at $2,000 or less. No state registration or bonding is required in New York, Florida, or Rhode Island at this prize level.
Purchase a Portugal #7 double-insulated can cooler or sleeve from Cold Cups.
Take a photo of yourself with your cooler in action (at a game watch party, backyard, tailgate, etc.).
Post your photo on Facebook or Instagram, tag @worldcoldcups, and include your proof of purchase (receipt photo or order number) in the caption or as a second image. Include the hashtag #worldcoldcups and #sweepstakes.
For each friend tagged in your entry post, you receive one (1) additional entry. Maximum of five (5) bonus entries per entrant.

Mail-in entries receive one (1) entry and are subject to the same eligibility rules. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer mailing envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
Two (2) round-trip economy airfare tickets and hotel accommodations to Madeira Island, Portugal, up to a combined Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $2,000. Travel arrangements are at Sponsor's discretion and subject to availability and blackout dates. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a cash equivalent or prize of equal or lesser value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. No additional compensation will be provided if actual travel costs fall below the ARV cap.
The winner is responsible for all incidental expenses including but not limited to meals, ground transportation, travel insurance, gratuities, and personal expenses.
Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter and/or by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of notification.
Winner will be announced publicly on Sponsor's Facebook and Instagram pages within fourteen (14) days of the drawing.
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize ARV does not exceed $2,000; therefore, no IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued by Sponsor. However, all prize winnings remain taxable income regardless of value and winners are legally responsible for reporting winnings on their own tax returns. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes where permitted by law.
Because the total prize ARV is capped at $2,000, this contest does not trigger mandatory registration or bonding requirements in New York ($5,000 threshold), Florida ($5,000 threshold), or Rhode Island ($500 threshold — confirm eligibility if RI residents are included). No pre-launch state filings are required at this prize level. Consult an attorney if prize value changes.
By entering, you confirm that your submitted photo:
• Was taken by you and you own all rights to it
• Does not contain trademarked logos, names, or branded marks of third parties
• Does not depict any person other than yourself without their written consent
• Is not obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Does not include personally identifiable information of third parties
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these conditions without explanation.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
